Where to Find Us
We are located in the beige building with a red brick walk way, displaying RIVERSIDE CENTRE at the entrance.
Our parking lot is not accessible from S. Macadam Ave.
Turn onto S. Boundary St, take the first left onto S. Landing Dr and our parking lot entrance will be on the left
Our lot is pay to park, but the parking will be free by following the below instructions:
Upon arrival, touch any letter on the monitor to wake the screen. Select the 3 hour option, enter your license plate number using the keypad on the bottom, and hit Done.
When prompted to pay, hit the green underscore symbol on the main keypad (next to the green arrow button), and enter the following pay code: 5100123. Then hit enter, which will dispense the parking pass. Please place it on your dashboard before leaving your car.

1. Take I-5S to Portland
2. Merge onto SW Hood Ave/OR-43 via Exit 299A toward Lake Oswego
3. Take a slight right onto S Macadam Ave/OR-43
4. Take a left onto SW Boundary ST/SW Landing Square
5. Take a left onto SW Landing Dr and turn left into the parking lot for Riverside Center
6. We are located on the first floor, in suite #180
From the South
1. Take I-5N to Portland
2. Take the Corbett Ave exit, Exit 298
3. Turn right onto S Corbett Ave
4. Take the third left onto S Boundary St
5. Take the first left onto S Landing Dr.
6. Take your next left into the parking lot for the Riverside Center.

From the East
1. Take I-84W and use the left two lanes to take the exit toward Salem
2. Merge onto I-5S
3. Take exit 299A to merge onto OR-43 S/SW Hood Ave toward Lake Oswego
4. Merge onto OR-43 S/SW Hood Ave and use the right land to turn slightly right onto SW Hood Ave
5. Continue straight to stay on SW Hood Ave and merge onto S Macadam Ave
6. Turn left on SW Boundary St/SW Landing Square
7. Take a left onto SW Landing Dr and turn left into the parking lot for Riverside Center
8. We are located on the first floor, in suite #180
From the West
1. Take US-26E towards Portland
2. Take exit 1C toward 6th Ave/Ross Island Bridge
3. Take a slight right onto US-26 E/SW Broadway
4. Keep right at the fork to go on US-26
5. Turn left onto SW Sheridan St/US-26 E
6. Stay straight to go onto SW Arthur St
7. SW Arthur St becomes SW Kelly Ave
8. SW Kelly Ave becomes SW Hood Ave
9. Take a slight right onto S Macadam Ave/OR-43
